Nicole Sheppard has been cooking professionally for nearly 20 years. She has catered for summer camps and started a kid’s cooking camp in 2011 which is still in operation in North Carolina. She studied with five star chefs and learned all sorts of different cuisines from the world. She loves getting creative and working around dietary restrictions in the kitchen to help people meet their nutritional needs. After traveling the United States, she had three children and found her way to Boulder in 2016. She has started numerous food businesses since then, which have functioned as a training ground for her sons who have all become creative young chefs and quite proficient in the kitchen. Nicole currently heads the kitchen at the Riverside Event Center and is a wonderful chef and teacher. She has been creating culinary masterpieces for 22 years and can’t wait to help your children learn how to do the same in the kitchen this Summer!
