Ben Powell
Ben’s passion is helping people eat and feel better. He is a chef, health coach and farmer/permaculturist. His mission is to connect people more to all points of the food chain from soil and plant cultivation to cooking and eating.
Ben helps people develop a better relationship with food, bringing awareness to where our ingredients come from, how they are prepared and creating intentional practices around eating. Ben has a degree from the Psychology of Eating Institute, and certifications in nutrition and naturopathic medicine. With his help, clients are able to lose weight, improve their digestion, enhance their body-image and become empowered in their food choices.

THE FOOD X
The Food X was created to provide more connection and more consciousness around food by experiencing it in a new way. Our classes, workshops, coaching and events are geared towards people of all ages. We offer a safe and welcoming environment for everyone to join in and have fun with food. The Food X offers classes and coaching on intuitive eating, cooking and creating a healthy relationship with food. We also offer events in all areas of food including soil regeneration and health, plant cultivation, harvest and preserving food (such as fermenting and canning), cooking and eating.
