In the one on one coaching sessions we will help you to understand these practices and keep you accountable through the process. We aren’t just what we eat – we are also HOW we eat… our relationship to food reflects our relationship to ourselves. This means food can be an accessible place to achieve holistic transformation in many different ways. Simple practices can help us take care of what is at the surface level and from there we can dive deeper into the psyche and discover the ideal relationship to food and yourself…. One of the major things that can hold us back from making changes in our life is Judgement. This is most often self-judgement and projected judgment from others.
